Helping you make a will
When you have made a will, you can relax knowing that you have not only made sure your assets will be divided up in accordance with your wishes after your death, you can also rest assured that you have completed one of the most important ways of planning for your family's financial future. Wills can also be one of the best ways of reducing the tax which may be due on your death. See tax planning for further information.
We ensure that your will is specific to you and your own personal circumstances. Our specialist advisers are all member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and will guide you through the process in clear and easy to understand steps.
If you wish, the original of the completed document can be kept in our strongroom free of charge for safekeeping.
Even if you have made a will in the past, we recommend that you review it every five years or so in order to take account of changes to your personal circumstances as well as the tax laws.
