Representing your interests at an inquest

Attending an inquest, whether as a member of the deceased's family or as a witness whose conduct may be called in to question, is perhaps one of the hardest things someone may ever have to do. Inevitably, the fact that an Inquest is being held at all usually means that the death was very unexpected, and often traumatic. However, we aim to help you through the process in as sensitive and compassionate way as possible.

One of our partners is himself a deputy Coroner and can advise on the procedure and processes to be gone through in preparing for the hearing. If necessary, we can also provide you with full legal representation at the Inquest.

Should you wish to discuss a particular case please contact us.
