Jonathan Stallard, Senior Solicitor

Jonathan is a Senior Solicitor in Whitehead Monckton’s commercial property team and is also the firm’s alcohol and entertainment licensing specialist. He qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Whitehead Monckton in 2007 from a North London firm.

He is able to deal with all commercial property elements of a transaction, including purchases and sales and general landlord and tenant issues and especially in dealing with land transactions involving all types of charities. In addition, he is able to advise clients on all aspects of their alcohol and entertainment licensing matters.

Jonathan grew up in Kent and lives in Medway with his fiancée and two sons.
