Marsha Marriner, Conveyancing Executive
Marsha joined Whitehead Monckton's commercial property team in 2004 after gaining valuable experience working at large city firm S J Berwin for seven years.
She has experience in a wide range of commercial property aspects and specialises in large portfolio acquisitions and disposals in carrying out all aspects of property due diligence.
Marsha has acted on behalf of a major UK retailer in their acquisition of high street locations and out of town developments She also has considerable experience in relation to management work acting for large institutions and property companies in managing shopping centres, retail parks and large office buildings in various locations throughout the UK.
