Stuart Holman, Partner
Within the family and personal injury department, Stuart specialises in claimant personal injury work and has a particular interest in employer's and occupier's liability claims as well as road traffic accidents and cases involving industrial diseases. He has considerable experience in all aspects of the litigation process up to and including trial.
After gaining his BA in law, he went on to take his Law Society finals and qualified in 1993 having spent two years with a large Mayfair firm.
He joined Whitehead Monckton in 2000, having gained experience with two other local firms of solicitors
Stuart is a member of the College of Personal Injury Lawyers.
