Mark is Manager of Debt Recovery at Whitehead Monckton and has been with the firm since 1995. He specialises in the law relating to debt recovery, landlord and tenant property litigation, mortgage repossession and insolvency.

Jenna Hunter, Senior Solicitor
Jenna joined Whitehead Monckton in 2009 as a specialist employment lawyer. She advises on a wide variety of issues including redundancy, TUPE, claims in the employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal, removal of senior executives and implementing amended employment contracts in the workplace.

Corrie specialises in commercial property work in our Tenterden office including investment property, property development, disposals and acquisitions including options and conditional contracts, as well as leases and renewal of leases for both landlords and tenants in all types of business.

Teresa Tydeman, Debt Recovery Paralegal
Teresa has worked at Whitehead Monckton since 2000 and is a Debt Recovery Paralegal at the firm. She acts for mortgage lenders in respect of claims for possession, general debt recovery including WMD matters, operating an efficient diary system and liaising with agents regarding court hearings.
